'The best thing that I like about Xebia that Xebia is not only about projects and this is the strongest reason of its differentiation from other companies. Take knowledge sharing for example; XKE (Xebia Knowledge Exchange), XTR (Xebia Tech Rally) and XEE (Xebia Expert Exchange) allows one to evaluate and learn new technologies, gain specific knowledge and learn from the experts. Another great aspect of Xebia is the way it gives back to the community. Things like contribution to forums, blogging, writing articles and contributions towards open source projects are common habits to be found in a Xebian. The recent addition of Special Interest Group (SIG) is another wonderful move, this allows people to carry on their own specific interest like learning and mastering potentials like Ruby and Ruby on Rails. What makes Xebia standout of other companies is the quality of people it has. Xebia never compromises with the quality of people and has a wonderful way of selection which ensures this. What I have learnt from being in Xebia are things like How to evaluate and use a new technology, contribute and share your knowledge and the approach of how a thing can be done in a better way. I still see a lot of things I need to learn in Xebia may be this is one of the approaches that I have learnt here.'
