When I planned to join Xebia, everyone asked me, why Xebia, why not any other big company like IBM or Oracle. My goals are different. I want to work with flexibility, freedom, industry best practices and definitely with the quality of the product. And after four months with Xebia, I found Xebia to be the right company to work with, in fact Xebia follows these practices more strongly than I was expecting.

Before joining Xebia, I have worked with many big MNCs and good technology companies but at Xebia we are working on “Agile software development methodologies” and following “Scrum best practices” not seen elsewhere.

Xebia culture is totally different from other companies in similar segment, in terms of Employee skill sharpness (Training Programs), XTR (Xebia Tech rally), XKE (Xebia Knowledge Exchange) and many other employee benefit programs.
