Our hiring process tests your technical and communication skills. We conduct one or two telephonic interviews to understand the current level of your technical skills. If you are successful in the telephonic interviews, then we will ask you to work on a Technical Assessment. Our Technical Assessment requires you to study a real life like project at your home or at Xebia office. If you are successful in the Technical Assessment then we will make you an offer after a successful face to face interview in our office. We aim to finish our hiring process within 2 weeks but it also depends upon how soon you send your Technical Assessment results.
