Certified Scrum Master Training

Xebia India brings renowned Scrum trainer, Pete Deemer, to North India to conduct two-day Certified ScrumMaster training. The training course provides a comprehensive and in-depth training in Scrum theory and practice, taught by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer.

Course Description:

The course format is divided equally between lecture, discussion, and exercises, with frequent opportunities to ask questions.

In addition to Scrum theory and practices, the course also includes coverage of the following topics: release planning and estimation using Scrum; managing Scrum projects to on-schedule completion; multi-location (distributed) development using Scrum; using Scrum in a fixed bid environment; business metrics and Scrum; and strategies for successful corporate adoption of Scrum.

Attendees who are Project Management Institute PMP's are eligible for 14 Professional Development Units.

Eligiblity Criteria:

Project Managers, Software Developers, Module Leads and Managers who are planning to use Agile methods or Scrum for managing software development projects. Participants must have basic knowledge of software development process to benefit from this training.
