Application Services Library Framework
Application Service Library (ASL) defines three levels of processes in the Application Management, they are:
- Strategic
- Management
- Operational
Xebia Application Management provides support for Operational Level Application Management while Strategic and Management Level is handled by customer organization. Operational Level Support consist of Maintenance and Enhancement/Renovation Processes. Xebia handles the following activities for each process:
