Xebia India is a 100% owned subsidiary of Xebia Holdings based in Netherlands. Xebia group has more than 200 employees in The Netherlands, India and France. The turnover of all Xebia companies exceeds Eur 18 million per year. Xebia started it Indian operations in 2006 in Gurgaon. Xebia India has a team of 35 quality people who use Agile Methodologies to build state of art Java applications.

India Management Team
Anurag is the head of Xebia India operations. He has overall responsibility of India delivery, hiring and quality.
In the past Anurag has done several IT consulting and management assignments for major organisations in The Netherlands, such as CSC and Unisys. He has also held the position of CTO at an internet start up in Amsterdam where he built in-house software development and support organization.
Anurag has good exposure to software development, implementation of package solutions, middleware & project management practices. Anurag is a board member of Agile Software Community of India for North India.
Anurag is a true believer in humble leadership and empowered teams. He has an eye for detail and strong drive for delivering quality in the core and support functions of an organisation. He holds a Masters in Engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
Narinder is responsible for technology, process and personal development of Xebia India employees. Narinder has worked in Europe for several years for the companies such as AOL and IONA in the technical roles.
Shri Kant has throught leadership role in Xebia India. Shri Kant does research on technology topics and publishes regularly in Industry journals such as JavaWorld. He is also a prolific blog writer. Before joining Xebia he has done several complex techncial assignments for TCS for US based customers.
Vinay takes care of project delivery. He manages the ongoing software development projects engagement. Vinay has more than 10 years of experience in the companies such as Accenture and IBM.
